Service description

minari, inc. (“minari”) is a healthcare coordination service that helps patients schedule specialist appointments. By using minari, you authorize us to act on your behalf to identify specialists, verify insurance, and coordinate bookings.

SMS messaging

By providing your phone number and initiating contact with minari, you consent to receive text messages related to your care coordination, including:

  • Status updates on your referral
  • Appointment confirmations and details
  • Appointment reminders
  • Requests for additional information

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your care coordination activity.

To opt out, reply STOP at any time. To get help, reply HELP. You can also contact us at support@minarihealth.com.

Authorization

When you provide consent through minari, you authorize us to communicate with healthcare providers, insurers, and other parties involved in your care on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time by contacting us.

HIPAA

minari handles your health information in accordance with HIPAA. We maintain appropriate safeguards and enter into Business Associate Agreements with our technology vendors. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

minari is a coordination service and does not provide medical advice or treatment. We are not liable for the actions of specialist offices, insurers, or other third parties involved in your care.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of minari after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
